The club management is currently showing interest in defender Jorge Fernandes, who is playing for Al-Fateh in Saudi Arabia. This was announced by the player's representative Sekou Traore.
According to Traore, CSKA recently sent an official offer to Al-Fateh regarding Fernandes. Additionally, today Spartak club also contacted the agent about Jorge Fernandes.
Fernandes started last season with Portugal's Vitoria Guimaraes but was sold to Al-Fateh during the winter transfer window. The 28-year-old defender played a total of 30 matches last football season and scored once.
According to Transfermarkt, Fernandes' transfer value is estimated at 2 million euros. So far, no definite decision has been made regarding which club the player will transfer to.
