"Manchester City" may bring in Donnarumma as a goalkeeper

“Manchester City” team may part ways with their main goalkeeper Ederson before the summer transfer window closes. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

It has been revealed that “Galatasaray” club is in direct negotiations with “Manchester City” to transfer the 31-year-old Brazilian player. If Ederson leaves the club, “Manchester City” is looking to bring in “PSG” goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as his replacement.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reported this on social media. According to the information, reaching an agreement on personal terms with the 26-year-old Italian goalkeeper will not be a problem.

It is worth noting that Donnarumma was not included in PSG’s squad for the UEFA Super Cup. This situation may indicate that the club has decided to sell the player.

The reason is that “PSG” could not reach an agreement to extend Donnarumma's current contract. The current contract is valid until mid-2026.

For this reason, the likelihood of Donnarumma moving to another club in the upcoming transfer window is high.
