He surpassed Liverpool's coach Arne Slot and Manchester City's head coach Josep Guardiola. Arne Slot took second place, while Josep Guardiola came in third.
Two more coaches from the top five were also included. Xabi Alonso, who previously worked with Bayer Leverkusen, is now leading Real Madrid.
Additionally, Barcelona's coach Hans-Dieter Flick also made it into the top five. The following coaches ranked between sixth and tenth: Arsenal's coach Mikel Arteta, Napoli's coach Antonio Conte, Al-Hilal's head coach Simone Inzaghi, Roma's coach Gian Piero Gasperini, and Athletic Bilbao's coach Ernesto Valverde.
Chelsea's head coach Enzo Mareska took twelfth place after winning the Club World Cup. The last place in this ranking was occupied by Eintracht Frankfurt's coach Dino Toppmöller.
