Jim Ratcliffe, the owner of Manchester United, met with the team's head coach Ruben Amorim. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
On Thursday, the businessman arrived at the "Red Devils" base by helicopter and held several meetings. Among these meetings was a conversation with the Portuguese coach.
According to journalist Lauri Uitvell, Ratcliffe's visit had been planned for a long time and was not related to coaching changes. Nevertheless, during the meeting, the team's poor results and the challenges faced by the coach were discussed.
Ruben Amorim has been serving as Manchester United's head coach since November of last year. He replaced Erik ten Hag, who was dismissed earlier.
It was emphasized that the dialogue between the club's management and the coach is aimed at improving the team's future and results.
