Eddie Howe did not respond to Yoan Vissa's call

Eddie Howe, head coach of the Newcastle team, commented on Yoan Vissa's participation in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Currently, the player is not playing due to an injury to the posterior cruciate ligament. This injury occurred during international matches in September.

The 29-year-old player has now started light running and is undergoing intensive physiotherapy to recover his knee before making his debut for Newcastle in mid-November. Eddie Howe prefers not to comment on this matter and emphasized that it would be unfair to Yoan.

He said this in an interview with The Guardian. Yoan Vissa joined Newcastle this summer for 63.5 million euros.

His health and return to the team are still uncertain, but the coach and team members expect him to return to the field soon.
