Rafinha and "Barcelona" are unable to agree on a new contract

This season, Brazilian forward Rafinha has become one of the main leaders of the Barselona club, providing significant assistance to the Catalans with his effective play.

According to information disseminated by Spain's Sport.es, during the negotiations for the new contract, the parties have been unable to reach an agreement on several key issues.

Firstly, a disagreement has arisen regarding the contract duration. Barselona wants to extend the existing contract with Rafinha in a 1+1 format. The player's representatives, however, are demanding a direct two-year extension of the contract.

The second serious issue has arisen from the financial side. The 28-year-old player is dissatisfied with the salary amount offered by the club. Rafinha's agents are demanding an increase in his service fee. The parties have not been able to reach a consensus on this matter either.
