Differences in coaching policies are observed in Spanish clubs

Significant differences in coaching policies have been observed since 2011 among Spain's leading football clubs "Atletico Madrid," "Barcelona," and "Real Madrid." This was reported by Zamin.uz.
These clubs have chosen different approaches between stability and rapid changes. "Atletico Madrid" is considered the most stable club in this regard, as Diego Simeone has been managing the team since 2011.
This long-term partnership is a rare phenomenon in modern football and demonstrates the trust between Simeone and the club. Under Simeone's leadership, "Atletico" has become Spanish champion twice and turned into a prestigious club on the European stage.
On the other hand, coaching changes at "Barcelona" and "Real Madrid" have occurred much more frequently. "Barcelona" has worked with nine coaches since 2011.
During this period, the team was managed by famous coaches such as Pep Guardiola, Tito Vilanova, Luis Enrique, and Xavi Hernandez. Currently, the team is managed by Hansi Flick.
At "Real Madrid," coaching changes have also been very active. Coaches like Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti, and Zinedine Zidane have left their marks in the club's history.
Experts like Xabi Alonso and Alvaro Arbeloa are currently gaining experience with the club's youth and reserve teams. Overall, the approach to coaches among Spain's grand clubs reflects each club's unique philosophy.
