Shomurodov expressed an interesting opinion about Mourino's condition.

Forward Eldor Shomurodov, currently playing for Istanbul Başakşehir in Turkey, revisited his past at AS Roma during an extensive interview with the Kun.uz YouTube channel. Zamin.uz reported on this.
In this conversation, the footballer spoke openly not only about matches but also about his relationship with former coach José Mourinho and his rivalry with Tammy Abraham. According to Eldor, relations with Mourinho were not particularly bad.
There was constant communication between them; however, the Portuguese coach possessed a highly changeable temperament. Shomurodov compared the coach to the weather, emphasizing that one day he would converse very well, while the next he would change beyond recognition.
This situation made it difficult for the player to feel stable confidence. Furthermore, regarding Tammy Abraham becoming the first choice, Eldor explained that this was due not merely to football skills but also to a significant transfer investment and the club's project.
Since AS Roma had signed Abraham as a player who had proven himself in the Premier League for a large sum, there was a prevailing belief both within the team and externally that he must play in the starting lineup. Although Shomurodov initially believed he could earn opportunities through his own efforts, over time he admitted that the competitive spirit sometimes waned.
This interview clearly reflects the player's psychological state and the complex environment within the club. Source: Kun.uz
