He dreams of becoming the head coach of the main team. However, he emphasized that he hasn't thought much about it yet, as this goal requires a long way to go and a lot of experience and achievements.
Developing himself further in the coaching field and achieving more results will enable him to manage the main team. At the same time, it is worth noting that starting from the 2025/2026 season, Valery Karpin will serve as the head coach of the "Dinamo" team. He is 56 years old and has signed a three-year contract with the Moscow club.
In the last season, the "white-blue" team secured fifth place in the Russian championship standings. This achievement is considered an important step in the team's development.
Kiril Panchenko stated that he is determined to work tirelessly to achieve his set goals.
