Bulykin: The captaincy of Dynamo should always be given to a Russian football player

Former "Dinamo" football player Dmitriy Bulykin expressed his opinion on the selection of the team captain. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Previously, goalkeeper Andrey Lunyov mentioned that he was surprised to see Bityello wearing the captain's armband, as he had been late to previous gatherings. According to Bulykin, Lunyov's words are not unfounded, as he knows the events well from the inside.

He also agreed with Konstantin Tyukavin, emphasizing that the captaincy of the "Dinamo" team should be given to a Russian player. According to him, the captain must always be of Russian nationality, as he can communicate with the referee, motivate the team, talk to the coach, and be a leader both on the field and in the dressing room.

In previous seasons, the captaincy of "Dinamo" was held by Fabián Balbuena. However, he left the club at the end of the 2024/2025 season.
