Football agent Roman Oreshchuk expressed his opinion about the possibility of Brazilian player Malkom returning to the Zenit club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, if Malkom returns to Zenit, he will become the main star of the Russian Premier League (RPL). Moreover, if the club can acquire him for free, it would be a very correct and reasonable decision.
Malkom's return to St. Petersburg indicates that Zenit is a serious contender for the championship. It was previously reported that the new head coach of the player's current team, Al-Hilal, Simone Inzaghi, does not want to utilize his services.
Malkom's current market value is 22 million euros. Two years ago, however, the Saudi club purchased him from Zenit for 60 million euros.
Malkom has been a four-time Russian champion with Zenit and participated in the Champions League, but this activity was halted due to the exclusion of Russian clubs from competitions. His return to the team would be a great opportunity for Zenit.
