There is a contract between Vendel and "Zenit" for another three seasons. Earlier this summer, the Brazilian player was expected to move to the "Botafogo" club, but the transfer did not happen.
In the first round of the Premier League, "Zenit" will host the "Rostov" team at home. The match will take place on July 20, Sunday, starting at 18:00 Moscow time.
