On August 12, special services monitoring malfunctions recorded over ten thousand complaints. Roskomnadzor stated that these restrictions are temporary, but users may experience inconveniences.

Additionally, agency officials emphasized that they are closely monitoring the situation. Users are being asked for patience and understanding.
