Temporary malfunction occurred in the Uzcard payment system

Today, unexpected malfunctions occurred in payment operations carried out through Uzcard cards. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

At the same time, the official Uzcard website Uzcard.uz also temporarily stopped working. According to information provided by the company, these issues arose due to "unscheduled maintenance work."

According to the Single Nationwide Processing Center, temporary disruptions are observed in ATMs, E-POS and POS terminals, as well as international bank cards and cobadging cards used abroad. In addition, there are difficulties in payments and money transfers made through some mobile applications.

The official statement did not provide detailed information about this situation. Uzcard company expressed apologies for the temporary inconveniences in its statement and emphasized that specialists are working to resolve the malfunctions as soon as possible.

According to experts, such disruptions may cause temporary difficulties for many users, but once the system is fully restored, services will continue to operate as usual. Users are advised to follow updated information.
