The growing role of artificial intelligence in online dating
The online dating process is becoming more complex than before, as artificial intelligence is making this field even more complicated. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Users are increasingly realizing that they are communicating not with humans, but with "ideal" sentences created by neural networks. For example, Vindya Tajeshwar, a 27-year-old from India, noticed the involvement of artificial intelligence when messaging through the Hinge app due to the overly formal and artificial appearance of the messages.

She is not alone; many users are now concerned about AI tools interfering as a third party in conversations. Research shows that one in four people living alone uses artificial intelligence in dating apps.

Generation Z is particularly active in this regard, with half of them admitting to relying on technology. For some, this is a convenience; for instance, business consultant Wendy Anderson considers profiles created with the help of ChatGPT to be more lively and sincere.

However, others believe that such an approach leads to a loss of authenticity. Small mistakes, awkward pauses, and simple laughter make conversations natural.

At the same time, some companies are further developing AI services. They promise that artificial intelligence will assist not only in creating profiles but also in finding suitable partners and booking meetings.

Officials emphasize that algorithms may "understand" people better than they understand themselves. This is creating new opportunities and challenges in the field of online dating.
