According to the information service of the Competition Committee, a financial penalty was imposed on 1FIT LLC for violating advertising legislation requirements. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
During the monitoring process, exaggerated and overstated information was identified in the company's advertising videos and banners published on social networks. According to the Law "On Advertising," such cases, assessed as false or unfair advertising, are prohibited.
For this reason, a special commission under the Competition Committee initiated a case against 1FIT and decided to impose a financial penalty. The company was also given an official directive to eliminate the violations and to prevent similar incidents in the future.
If the company disagrees with the commission's decision, it was informed that it has the right to appeal to the Appeals Board under the Competition Committee or to the court. This decision was made to ensure legality in the advertising sector and to protect consumers' rights.
