One of the most important changes is that the algorithm operating for TikTok users in the USA will now be under the control of the technology giant Oracle.

Oracle will fully analyze this algorithm, retrain it based on the data of US users, and continuously monitor content distribution. As a result of these changes, TikTok users in the USA will have the opportunity to download a new app.

Oracle has previously stored TikTok data on servers in the USA, but now security and transparency are being further strengthened. These measures are being implemented to address security concerns raised by the US government and to ensure TikTok's continued operation in the USA.
