Smartphones may become 10-30 percent more expensive in spring
As the spring season approaches, not only the weather but also technological devices, especially smartphones, may become more expensive. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Information technology expert Eldar Murtazin indicates the possibility that smartphones could increase in price by an average of 10-30 percent during the spring months. The main reason for this forecast is cited as the rise in prices of memory chips in the market.

Earlier, analysts highlighted that memory components used in smartphones are becoming more expensive worldwide. For example, according to data from the analytical company Counterpoint Research, memory prices are expected to rise by 40-50 percent in the first quarter of the year, and may increase by approximately another 20 percent in the second quarter.

Murtazin states that prices are already changing significantly. By March-April, this process is expected to intensify, and price increases may vary depending on the type of device.

According to him, smartphones may become 10-30 percent more expensive, laptops on average by 20 percent, and gaming laptops by 30-40 percent. This process will not be limited to smartphones and computers; other types of equipment, including household appliances, may also become more expensive.

Therefore, anyone planning to buy a phone or laptop in the coming months may face higher costs if they postpone their purchase until spring.
