An app based on artificial intelligence has been created in Japan to detect baby crying

An app called Awababy, which operates based on artificial intelligence, has been created in Japan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This app helps parents determine why their baby is crying. It is reported that the app was trained on more than 150,000 audio recordings.
The algorithm analyzes the volume, tone, and duration of the baby's crying sound to identify the reason for the crying. The app can distinguish 11 different states and needs.
These include hunger, sleepiness, discomfort, loneliness, changes in body temperature, stomach pain, and the need for attention. Additionally, users have the opportunity to share their experiences on how they soothed their child in various situations.
This helps in creating a general recommendation database. It is known that starting from April 20, the premium version of the app will be offered free of charge to families with children under two years old in Misima city, Japan.
The Awababy app allows parents to better understand their baby's needs and respond appropriately. This serves to soothe the baby more quickly and ease the lives of parents.
Such features of the app are generating great interest among parents.
