The court rejected Elon Musk's lawsuit against the founders of OpenAI and Microsoft Corporation, as reported by Zamin.uz.

This decision reaffirmed the circumstances observed during the court proceedings. According to available information, Musk's lawsuit lacked sufficient legal grounds.

During the court sessions, OpenAI's lawyers proved point by point that the law was on their clients' side. Musk reacted sharply to the court's decision, criticized the judge, and announced his intention to appeal to a higher court.

Influential publications provided detailed information about these events. During the proceedings, not only unexpected details about Sam Altman emerged, but also about Elon Musk himself.

Greg Brockman stated that in 2017, Musk invited OpenAI researchers to Tesla's headquarters to improve the autopilot system. In this process, leading scientists such as Andrej Karpathy, Ilya Sutskever, and Scott Gray provided free assistance to Tesla employees.

Interestingly, Tesla company did not pay any compensation to the OpenAI organization for these services. Musk's lawsuit was primarily aimed at blaming Altman and Brockman for using charitable funds for their personal interests.

However, experts' opinions suggest that Musk himself also directed resources of the non-profit organization toward his personal project, Tesla, which casts doubt on these accusations. As emphasized by Professor Dorothy Lund of Columbia Law School, directing charitable funds to private company interests is unlawful.

This situation demonstrated in court that Musk was just as guilty as those he accused of wrongdoing, thereby weakening his lawsuit morally.
