At the Baikonur Cosmodrome, preparations for the launch of the Progress MS-35 cargo spacecraft have entered the final stage, One.uz reports.

Specialists have successfully completed the process of filling the spacecraft with fuel and compressed gases, which involves replenishing the energy sources necessary for the spacecraft's maneuvering in orbit.

During the preparation and testing phase, the engineering team removed the Progress MS-35 spacecraft from its storage condition and conducted leak checks on all major onboard systems. Additionally, the necessary tests were carried out on the hermeticity of the spacecraft's hull and the operational capability of the solar arrays.

This is a crucial step in ensuring the reliability of each system. Technical preparation and assembly

Alongside these technical procedures, the "package" — consisting of the central and four side blocks for the first stage of the Soyuz launch vehicle — was assembled at the cosmodrome.

This package is a critical element for ensuring the powerful liftoff of the rocket. Following the previous stages, the next important step in the process of mating the spacecraft and the rocket is the installation of the payload fairing (nose cone) onto the spacecraft.

After this, the Progress MS-35 will be successfully mated with its launch vehicle. Once all final technical operations are completed, the fully assembled launch vehicle will be transported to the launch complex.

Currently, specialists indicate that the exact launch date for this important space mission has not yet been announced. All procedures are being carried out in accordance with standard technical requirements.

If the mission is successful, it will achieve the goal of delivering cargo directly to Earth and supplying the space station. This process holds a significant place in both Uzbek and global space news.
