Roadside Umbrella (Story)

That day, the rain was very heavy. After class, Oybek was waiting for the bus at the stop. Suddenly, his eyes fell on a young boy shivering by the roadside. He was dressed very poorly, with only a thin jacket to protect himself from the rain.

Oybek approached him and said:
– Come under my umbrella, you’ll catch a cold!

The unfamiliar boy was initially surprised, but then gratefully stepped under his umbrella. The two young men got to know each other that day. The boy's name was Javlon. He had recently moved to the city, and his family was not very wealthy. A sincere friendship quickly began between Oybek and Javlon.
