In Uzbekistan, a queue-free service system is being introduced at public service centers to improve the quality of services provided to the population and create convenience. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Through this system, certain citizens will be able to receive services directly without waiting in line. According to the presidential decree, starting from November 1, 2025, retirees, pregnant women, and parents with children under three years old will have the right to receive queue-free services when applying to public service centers.
This arrangement will not only help save citizens' time and effort but also reduce bureaucratic obstacles within the public service system. At the same time, socially vulnerable groups, especially young parents and families with young children, will be supported, and their daily life challenges will be alleviated.
With the introduction of the queue-free service system, the population will experience greater convenience and efficiency when dealing with government agencies. This will strengthen trust between the state and citizens and further improve the quality of services.
