A special Telegram bot for Uzbek tourists in the Middle East has been launched

A special Telegram bot has been launched for Uzbek citizens who have traveled to Middle Eastern countries for tourism purposes through tour operators or travel agents. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The information service of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced this. The bot named @tourism_murojaat_bot was created to prevent citizens from getting into uncomfortable or complicated situations.

Through this bot, tourists or their close relatives can enter the necessary information and contact the Tourism Committee. It is emphasized that based on the received requests, priority measures will be taken to return citizens to Uzbekistan.

This allows for quick information about compatriots stranded abroad and provides them with practical assistance. Also, citizens applying through the bot are asked to provide accurate and complete information.

Officials emphasize that such information is important for quickly reviewing requests and organizing necessary assistance in a timely manner.
