Unresolved issues regarding the ball presentation and pension

Last year, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement received over 70 thousand applications regarding child support or alimony payments. Zamin.uz reported on this matter.
Although the agency is conducting extensive measures to collect these funds, seven percent of cases remain unresolved. According to official data, this issue is primarily linked to payers lacking a stable job or an official source of income.
During analyses conducted at the end of the week, sharp critical attention was directed toward local executive bodies. They were criticized for failing to timely identify the employment status of indebted individuals and for performing somewhat weakly in providing them with jobs.
If cooperation between local authorities, employment departments, and neighborhood committees is strengthened, and if vocational training and job placement for individuals are organized more effectively, there is a possibility to reduce the number of alimony disputes by half. The government has introduced a system to direct citizens abroad to high-paying professions through organized migration programs.
Although this program has opened opportunities for many people, serious obstacles still exist for individuals with alimony debts. According to current rules, before leaving the country, payers must either prepay five years of alimony or obtain written consent from the receiving party.
This requirement creates a difficult situation for many debtors. To resolve these issues, relevant authorities have been tasked with thoroughly studying and improving existing regulations.
The goal is to develop new mechanisms that ensure alimony payers fulfill their financial obligations to their families while also securing a stable source of income. This important decision and news were announced to the public in March of this year, specifically on the 23rd.
It is planned to further expand work in this direction and achieve results in the future.
