Large tourism complex construction started in Namangan Arashan
The area around the Arashan lakes located in the Pop district of Namangan region is witnessing new initiatives with the recent construction of a large tourism complex. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Named Arashan Resort, this project covers an area of six hundred hectares and is planned to become a large recreation and travel center with modern tourism infrastructure. Once fully operational, the complex will be able to accommodate two thousand five hundred tourists daily and serve nine hundred twelve thousand guests annually.

At the same time, more than two thousand new jobs will be created in the area, which is important for ensuring local employment. Within the project framework, special infrastructures for ecological tourism, extreme, and mountain tourism will be established.

Tourists will have the opportunity to taste local dishes at gastronomic centers and enjoy interesting programs for children and adults at cultural recreation venues. The complex plans to include theme parks, mountain ski complexes, zipline routes, restaurants and cafes, an open-air cinema, and eco-markets.

The project also includes the construction of special playgrounds for children, sports fields, and thermal water pools. This large initiative is being implemented in cooperation with the prestigious Japanese company NGEA.

This project will be an important step in further enhancing Uzbekistan's tourism potential and assimilating experiences related to foreign partners. In the future, Arashan will become a central point not only for relaxation but also for hosting various events in a comfortable and safe environment for tourists.
