Polish companies in Warsaw expressed interest in Uzbekistan's labor resources.

An important presentation event dedicated to widely promoting the potential of Uzbekistan's labor resources and strengthening strategic cooperation with Polish companies was held in the city of Warsaw. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Representatives of major recruiting and employer companies from Poland such as Grupa Progres, Gremi Personal, and Personnel International participated in this meeting. More than twenty leading organizations expressed great interest in cooperating with Uzbekistan.
During the negotiations, Polish employers openly stated their specific needs for attracting labor from Uzbekistan. According to them, one thousand two hundred specialists are needed for the logistics sector, eight hundred for the service sector, six hundred for the industrial sector, and two hundred for the construction field.
This data indicates the possibility of providing employment for nearly three thousand seven hundred Uzbek employees in total. The Polish partners participating in the event evaluated Uzbekistan as a reliable, capable, and promising partner.
They expressed their full readiness to attract Uzbek specialists and their interest in further strengthening mutual cooperation in this area. Representatives of the Polish Entrepreneurs and Employers Union emphasized the importance of conducting negotiations to establish an effective migration policy between the two countries.
According to analyses, the Polish economy has a constant and serious need for qualified labor, and Uzbekistan can be the most reliable partner in this regard. The high demand for Central Asian, especially Uzbek workers, was specifically noted at the meeting.
Some companies stressed the importance of simplifying visa procedures to facilitate labor migration. At the end of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to organize subsequent meetings in B2B format with the participation of the Uzbekistan Migration Agency and accredited employment organizations.
This step is of important and strategic significance in establishing safe, legal, and orderly labor activities for citizens in Poland. This event opens new prospects not only in the field of labor migration but also in strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries.
