The Center of Islamic Civilization has been officially entered into the Guinness World Records book

The Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, established in our capital, has received prestigious global recognition. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This magnificent complex has been officially entered into the Guinness World Records in the nomination for the Largest Museum of Islamic Civilization. This event is a historical milestone of great importance not only for our country but for the entire Islamic world.
Built within the territory of the Hazrat Imam complex, this center amazes visitors with its grandeur and architectural solutions. The complex occupies a total area of ten hectares, and its infrastructure has been developed based on the most modern requirements.
The building is 161 meters long and 118 meters wide. In particular, the center's dome, with its height of 65 meters, adds to the beauty of our capital.
The total area of the rooms and exhibition halls approaches 50 thousand square meters. These specific indicators and the scale of construction have made it one of the largest museums of Islamic civilization in the world.
A ceremony for presenting the special certificate confirming its entry into the Guinness World Records was held at a high level. This prestigious document was solemnly presented by organization representative Sheyda Subashi.
This recognition serves as an important step in promoting Uzbekistan's rich cultural heritage to the world, as well as passing on the scientific and spiritual treasures left by our ancestors to future generations. The center operates not only as a museum but also as a hub for science and research.
