Ramzan Kadyrov's underage son appointed as curator of Chechen police
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov's youngest son, 17-year-old Adam Kadyrov, has been appointed as the curator of the regional division of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

After receiving congratulations, Ramzan Kadyrov's son appointed a new head of the operational-search department of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs' Security Assurance Directorate. He then awarded several employees with medals of the Heroes of Chechnya.

In the summer of 2023, Adam Kadyrov had beaten Nikita Juravel, who had burned the Quran in a detention center. Kadyrov had published images of the beating and stated that he was proud of his son's actions.

After that, Adam Kadyrov received several awards, took a position in his father's security service, and began to lead the "Shaykh Mansur" battalion within the Russian Ministry of Defense. He was also awarded the title of Hero of Chechnya. In December, Ramzan Kadyrov stated that the court had decided not to punish his son, and that Chechen officials should not be involved in this matter.

In February 2024, Ramzan Kadyrov's eldest son, Akhmat Kadyrov, was appointed as the Minister for Youth Affairs. In February of this year, the Chechen leader's eldest daughter, Aishat Kadyrova, had left her position as Deputy Prime Minister of the republic.
