The world's tallest hotel will open in Dubai
Dubai has once again confirmed its status as the capital of records. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

In November 2025, the tallest hotel in the world is expected to open in the largest city of the United Arab Emirates. Known as Ciel Dubai Marina, this building will be constructed at a height of 377 meters.

It will be located in the Dubai Marina district and will become a new architectural symbol of the emirate. This building will be taller than the Gevora Hotel, which stands at 356 meters.

The hotel was designed by the NORR Group architectural studio and built with the participation of The First Group company and China Railway 18th Bureau Group of Dubai. The building will be managed by The First Group Hospitality under the Vignette Collection brand, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group.

Ciel Dubai Marina consists of 82 floors, housing 1004 rooms and apartments. The hotel will feature a unique 12-story atrium garden, a restaurant at approximately 353 meters high, and a swimming pool at 306 meters high.

This pool is expected to be the highest swimming pool in the world. Additionally, the hotel will operate eight restaurants and bars.

The building offers direct access to the Dubai Marina waterfront, water taxis, Dubai Marina Mall shopping center, tram, and metro stations. Ciel Dubai Marina is expected not only to earn the title of the world's tallest hotel but also to be included in the Guinness World Records for the highest swimming pool and the highest club.

This hotel will become not only a new attraction for tourists but also a symbolic building that further strengthens Dubai's position in global architecture.
