
On December 3, 2025, it was officially announced that the Prada fashion house purchased the Versace brand from Capri Holdings for 1.4 billion dollars. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The deal was approved by the relevant regulatory authorities. From now on, Versace has joined the ranks of luxury brands within the Prada Group.
This group also includes other famous brands such as Miu Miu, Church’s, and Car Shoe. According to Prada Group, the company is engaged in the production and sale of clothing, footwear, and leather goods.
Its products are delivered to customers through 620 stores located in more than 70 countries worldwide. The Prada brand was founded in 1913 by Mario Prada and is today recognized as a symbol of luxury and elegance.
The brand has gained popularity for its minimalist designs, modern materials, and distinctive aesthetic approach. The addition of Versace to the Prada Group will further strengthen the company's position in the global fashion market.
