A piece of news has emerged that could cause a major stir in European football. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Information has surfaced that Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman intends to purchase the famous Spanish football club "Barcelona." This was reported by the Oxu.Az publication based on journalist François Gallardo's social media post.
It has been revealed that the Crown Prince plans to make a huge offer of 10 billion euros for the "Barcelona" club. However, it is said that the club's management may respond negatively to this matter and could reject the deal.
The club is said to be in favor of maintaining its independence. At the same time, according to the Goal publication, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund is considering not a full purchase of the club but investment opportunities in some of its commercial divisions.
It should be noted that Barcelona's total debt has now approached 2.5 billion euros. For this reason, any major financial offer surrounding the club is causing significant discussions in the football world.
