Uzbek products are making their way to the Kuwait market

An important agreement has been reached between Uzbekistan and Kuwait's Uvaro company to promote Uzbek products in the Kuwait market. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this agreement, a dedicated store specializing in Uzbek products is planned to be opened in Kuwait. This was reported by the “Dunyo” news agency.
Within the framework of this initiative, more than 20 manufacturing and exporting companies from Uzbekistan participated in the Uzbek Food Festival event. At the festival, they showcased dried fruits, vegetables, confectionery products, and national spices.
The naturalness and high quality of Uzbek products sparked great interest among representatives in the Kuwait market. During the event, initial orders were received to supply Uzbek products to Kuwait through the Sultan Center hypermarket.
Additionally, negotiations were held with Sultan Center and Majdi Food companies regarding the systematic introduction of products to the Kuwait market, improving logistics issues, and increasing sales volume. It is reported that Uzbekistan's fruit and vegetable exports have sharply increased in recent years.
From January to October 2025, the country exported 1.8 million tons of fruits and vegetables worth 1.7 billion dollars. This figure increased by nearly 40 percent compared to the previous year.
According to experts, the opening of a store specializing in Uzbek products in Kuwait will serve to further strengthen the Uzbekistan brand in the Middle Eastern market, expand export geography, and create new opportunities for local producers.
