The Accor hotel chain has made significant changes to the rules of its loyalty program – Accor Live Limitless (ALL). This was reported by Zamin.uz.
As a result of these changes, members with Platinum and Diamond status in the Central Asia and Caucasus regions will no longer be able to enjoy the free breakfast benefit. According to the Telegram channel "Nochnoy porte," the updated terms of the ALL program have canceled the free breakfast policy in several countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
This decision is causing questions and discussions not only among program participants but also among hotel customers. Several hotels in Uzbekistan that are part of the Accor network were also affected by this change.
Specifically, customers with Platinum and Diamond status at Swissôtel Tashkent, Mercure Tashkent South, Mövenpick Samarkand, and Mercure Bukhara Old Town hotels will now have to pay separately for breakfast. A similar situation is observed in Kazakhstan.
Hotels such as Rixos President Astana, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty, Mercure Almaty City Center, Novotel Almaty, ibis Astana, and ibis Aktobe also follow the new rules. Overall, this decision by Accor came as an unexpected update for frequent travelers.
Now tourists will have to calculate breakfast conditions in advance along with the hotel room prices.
