Angelina Jolie called for help to the people of Gaza

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie visited the Rafah crossing point between Egypt and the Gaza Strip as part of her humanitarian mission. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to Egypt's Al-Youm as-Sabia news portal, during the visit Angelina Jolie met with Khalid Mughrabi, the governor of North Sinai. She also inspected the warehouses of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society where humanitarian aid intended for the Gaza population is stored.

During the visit, the actress also visited wounded Palestinians evacuated from the Gaza Strip who are currently receiving treatment in the Egyptian city of El-Arish. She called on the international community to increase humanitarian aid to the Gaza population and expressed gratitude for the assistance provided to Palestinians by Egypt.

Angelina Jolie's visit served to draw public attention to the severe humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. This visit once again emphasized the necessity to increase the volume of humanitarian aid.
