Iran's Foreign Minister spoke about Russian assistance
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi recently discussed the strategic partnership between Tehran and Moscow during an important interview. Zamin.uz reported on this.

He emphasized that relations between the two fraternal states are not new today but represent a solid commonality formed over many years. In an interview with NBC News on March 8, the minister answered questions regarding Russia's assistance to Iran against the backdrop of conflicts with the United States.

He confirmed Russia's support for Iran in many areas, including the economy and defense sectors, but did not provide detailed information about specific assistance rendered by intelligence services in identifying US military facilities. Araghchi openly stated that he currently lacks precise and confirmed data on this issue.

Previously, the renowned The Washington Post publication reported that Russia is providing intelligence data to Iran for strikes against American troops in the Middle East. According to the newspaper, Moscow is indirectly intervening in the military activities carried out by the US and Israel against Iran through this method.

Relying on sources, it is said that since February 28, important information regarding the locations of American ships and aircraft may have been transmitted by the Russian side. Currently, it remains unclear to what extent Russia is assisting in the process of identifying missile targets.

However, political and military analysts note that since the start of hostilities, Iran's capability to identify targets with its own forces has somewhat decreased. This situation indicates that the regional context is becoming increasingly complex.

It will be observed how cooperation between the two states develops in the future and what impact it will have on regional security.
