Kuwaiti tanker targeted in the Persian Gulf

The situation in the region is worsening by the hour, attracting the attention of the entire world. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The targeting of a large oil tanker in the Persian Gulf and a series of missile attacks on several countries indicate that military actions in the Middle East have entered a new and dangerous phase. According to information from the coordination center for operations under the British Royal Navy, a powerful fire broke out on a large tanker as a result of an unknown projectile hitting it just 57 kilometers off the coast of the United Arab Emirates.
Kuwait's official news agency confirmed that this ship was the Al-Salmi tanker belonging to their country. According to reports, the strike delivered by an unmanned aerial vehicle hit the right side of the fully loaded ship.
The hull of this giant vessel, carrying nearly three hundred and fifty thousand tons of raw materials at maximum capacity, was seriously damaged. Although Dubai officials stated that the fire was extinguished and the crew members are safe, the risk of a massive oil spill still remains.
This could cause a major environmental disaster. This night was extremely disturbing not only at sea but also on land.
In Dubai, debris from a missile destroyed by air defense systems fell onto an abandoned building in a district, causing a fire and lightly injuring four people. In Saudi Arabia, eight ballistic missiles that entered the country's airspace were successfully destroyed.
Additionally, two projectiles landed near a container ship close to the Ras Tanura port. Night sirens warning of enemy attacks sounded in Bahrain and Kuwait, and defense forces were put on alert.
Since the end of February, the US and Israel alliance has been relentlessly striking Iranian territory from the air. As a result, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several high-ranking military officials were killed.
Official Tehran, in response, claims to have targeted US military bases in the region and is intensifying attacks on Arab countries and their economic infrastructures, including oil facilities. This fierce war fire is even affecting countries like Azerbaijan and Cyprus.
Dear readers, what do you think, how will such tension in the Persian Gulf affect global oil prices? Is it possible to extinguish the flames of war in the region?
These questions should concern each of us today. To prevent the situation from worsening further, seeking peaceful ways and applying diplomatic solutions will be the most correct path.
