Trump Ready to End War with Iran Even if the Strait of Hormuz Remains Closed

US President Donald Trump and his advisors have announced their readiness to conclude the ongoing military campaign against Iran even if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Washington leadership has taken into account that the planned operation to reopen the Strait could take more than four or six weeks. Therefore, in the initial phase, they are focusing primarily on weakening the Iranian fleet and eliminating its missile program.
Once the main tasks set by the military forces are completed, US leadership plans to halt military operations and restore free trade in global markets by exerting diplomatic pressure on Tehran. If this goal is not achieved, the issue of resolving the Strait problem may be handed over to European allies and Gulf states.
The Trump team believes that the Strait of Hormuz is strategically critical not for the US, but for European, Middle Eastern, and Asian countries. In this regard, Washington has proposed in recent weeks that partners and allies hold negotiations to prepare for the reopening of the Strait.
President Trump acknowledged that negotiations are ongoing to conclude military operations in Iran based on a new and smarter regime during the firing process. At the same time, he threatened to deliver a powerful blow to Iran's power plants if the Strait is not opened immediately.
According to The Wall Street Journal, units of the US Marine Corps and the 82nd Airborne Division have already arrived in the region. President Trump is considering sending an additional ten thousand military personnel depending on the situation.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, in turn, emphasized that the US is working on organizing operations in Hormuz. She views this process as part of important military objectives, including striking the Iranian fleet and missile program.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the campaign will conclude in the near future, within a few weeks. According to him, resolving the Strait of Hormuz issue will depend entirely on Iran's future actions.
