Tramp announced the deployment of an additional five thousand troops to Poland.

US President Donald Trump has officially announced the deployment of an additional five thousand US military personnel to Polish territory. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The head of state announced this decision to the public via his page on the Truth Social social network. The statement comes a week after reports circulated that the Pentagon had canceled a plan to send four thousand troops to Poland.
US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth clarified the situation, emphasizing that the previous decision had not been completely canceled, but merely postponed for a certain period. The Trump administration has recently signaled its intention to gradually reduce the number of troops stationed in European countries as part of its America First policy.
Nevertheless, the Washington administration is confirming its intent not only to maintain, but to further strengthen the military presence in Poland. This step may be related to a reassessment of the region's security strategy.
Earlier, the US announced the withdrawal of five thousand troops stationed in Germany from that country. It remains unclear whether the additional military units expected to be sent to Poland will be formed from those being withdrawn from Germany or whether they will constitute a separate contingent from the United States.
Experts believe that this decision will help the US elevate its military cooperation with allies in Eastern Europe to a new level. The geopolitical situation and security issues in the region remain a priority in Washington's foreign policy.
The Polish government, for its part, views the increase in the number of American troops in the country as an important step toward ensuring national security.
