Zelenskyy set "red lines" from the rest of the countries

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has clearly defined Kyiv's official position and its non-negotiable "red lines" ahead of the peace talks scheduled for November. One.uz reports this.
In an interview with the TSN TV channel, the head of state firmly stated that Ukraine will not agree to neutral status under any circumstances and will not allow limitations on the number of the national army or its arming capabilities. Zelenskyy emphasized that complex and sensitive issues, such as territorial exchange, can only be resolved in personal communication with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Kyiv's main demands According to the President of Ukraine, three main conditions have been set in advance for future negotiations. The first is that Russia must completely stop its strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
The second is a requirement that all attacks against civilian shipping in the Black Sea be halted and security guaranteed. The third is that these issues must be resolved through direct dialogue between the two heads of state, rather than through other diplomats.
Military restrictions and neutrality rejected Zelenskyy said he shares a common position with the USA and added, "we cannot talk about our country's neutrality." According to his view, reducing the number of armed forces or limiting their capabilities provides security to no one, so this demand was firmly rejected.
The detailed specifics of the agreements with Washington have not yet been disclosed, but the parties are united on the main issues. The expected diplomatic meetings in November are expected to turn into a complex test against the backdrop of these sharp positions.
