Law enforcement agencies in Tashkent city identified that the driver of a Chevrolet Captiva vehicle violated traffic rules 129 times. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This vehicle was stopped during standard control measures conducted on one of the city streets. According to official information, the total amount of unpaid fines for this vehicle exceeded 54 million soums.
Representatives of the road safety service emphasized that this case is the result of long-term monitoring. The vehicle has been officially searched 123 times by the authorities, indicating that the owner deliberately fails to fulfill their financial obligations to the state.
At the end of the inspection, the vehicle was immediately taken to a special impound lot. Currently, no official information has been provided regarding what administrative or other measures have been taken against the driver.
However, considering the numerous violations and significant debt, this situation may lead to serious legal consequences for the owner. Since 2017, an automated photo and video recording system has been implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan, significantly improving the detection and documentation of traffic rule violations.
This process has also increased the efficiency of gathering legal evidence.
