Lexus is developing a new 7-seater electric vehicle — the Lexus TZ model, reports daily-motor.ru. This model is based on the TZ 450e and TZ 550e trademarks registered in 2023.
The SUV will be built on Toyota's new electric platform. It will feature a dual-motor all-wheel drive system and provide a range of over 500 km.
The vehicle will be offered with a 6 or 7-seater interior. Its design is futuristic, characterized by a complex front bumper, closed radiator grille, sleek lights, a black roof, and plastic door trims.
The Lexus TZ will be assembled in Kentucky, USA, while its batteries will be produced in North Carolina. The model is expected to be unveiled in 2026 and will compete with rivals such as Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.
