Dacia has officially unveiled its new Striker estate

The Dacia brand, part of the Renault group, has officially unveiled its new flagship model, the Striker estate. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The vehicle slots into the brand’s lineup between the Duster and Bigster, aiming to compete with segment leaders like the Skoda Octavia thanks to its spacious interior and competitive pricing. According to reports, the new model combines the high ground clearance typical of crossovers with the practicality of estate cars.
The Dacia Striker is the longest vehicle in the brand’s history, measuring 4620 millimeters in length. Externally, it stands out with plastic protective cladding typical of off-road models and a distinctive LED lighting system.
Ground clearance is 190 millimeters, increasing to 200 millimeters in full off-road mode. These figures ensure reliable performance not only on city streets but also on light off-road terrain.
The cabin is designed for five passengers, with a focus on comfort and space. The boot offers a volume of 600 liters—one of the best figures in its class.
For comparison, this figure is nearly identical to that of the popular Skoda Octavia. The rear seats can be easily folded using a special system, further expanding cargo capacity.
Even in base trim, the Striker comes equipped with modern technology. Notably, it features a digital instrument cluster and a 10-inch multimedia screen, both available as standard.
Additionally, the standard equipment list includes a rear-view camera, parking sensors, and a suite of electronic driving aids controlled via a dedicated safety button. The Dacia Striker will be offered exclusively with hybrid powertrains at launch.
The manufacturer has introduced two variants. The first is a front-wheel-drive setup powered by a 1.8-liter engine and an electric motor.
In urban conditions, it can operate solely on electric power for a significant portion of the time. The second variant is a full-time all-wheel-drive system, combining a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine with a separate electric motor located on the rear axle.
It is paired with a six-speed robotic transmission. For the all-wheel-drive version, five driving modes have been programmed.
This setup ensures optimal efficiency across various road surfaces. Additionally, the Striker model features a special hill-descent control system to assist on steep declines.
Built on a modern platform, this model is expected to go on sale in European markets in the near future. The starting price is estimated to be around 25,000 euros.
