The following banks offer the best rates for selling dollars: Asakabank at 12,140 soms, BRB at 12,130 soms, Asia Alliance Bank at 12,125 soms, and Garantbank at 12,125 soms. At the same time, the best rates for buying dollars are available at Kapitalbank, Octobank, Aloqabank, and Tengebank, with the rate at all these banks being 12,170 soms.
