A person engaged in the sale of strong acting drugs has been detained in Chirchik city. This was reported by the department under the Prosecutor General's Office.
It was reported that during an operation conducted in cooperation with the department's Chirchik city division, the National Security Service, and the Interior Ministry, citizen A.P. was detained while selling 7,129 drug items of 18 types containing strong acting substances to citizen B.R. for 5,050 US dollars.
As the operation continued, when A.P.'s residence was searched, it was found that he was keeping 19,974 drug items of various names for the purpose of sale, and a total of 27,103 drug items were seized as physical evidence.
It is noted that a criminal case has been initiated under Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code (preparation, distribution, advertising, demonstration of products promoting strong acting substances that are not considered narcotic drugs, their analogs, or psychotropic substances, or illegally introducing such substances or toxic substances into circulation), and investigative actions are being conducted.
