According to new information, during the investigation of the crime committed in the Yakkasaroy district, Akmal Shukurov, born in 1995, fled from the investigation and went into hiding. For this reason, he has been charged under Article 277 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Hooliganism") and Article 104 ("Deliberate infliction of serious bodily harm"), and a precautionary measure of "Detention" has been applied.
As a result of operational measures carried out by law enforcement agencies, A. Shukurov was detained in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, work is underway to extradite him to Tashkent.
