A presidential decree has been adopted on “Measures to further improve the system of support for families and women”.
The main target indicators for supporting women in 2025 are set as follows:
▪️Ensuring employment for 2 million women;
▪️Training 250 thousand women in vocational skills and entrepreneurship;
▪️Involving 250 thousand women in higher education;
▪️Organizing motivational seminars for 50 thousand needy women in sanatoriums to promote health and develop entrepreneurial skills.
Within the framework of the HAMROH program to support women entrepreneurs, starting from May 1, 2025:
- Grants of up to 50 million soums will be allocated to 1 thousand "mentor" entrepreneurs who assist women in implementing “green projects” and projects in the IT sector, as well as in establishing the entrepreneurship of at least 5 women;
- Women with a positive credit history will be allocated unsecured loans of up to 100 million soums;
- Until the equipment purchased with the loan is delivered, guarantees will be provided by the “Entrepreneurship Development Company” JSC.
