
Uzbekistani boxer, continuing his bright professional career, Shahram G'iyosov will hold his next fight for two championship belts. This was announced through the official website of the World Boxing Association (WBA).
Ennis – champion, opponent confirmed
Currently, the reigning champion in this weight category is American Jaron Ennis. He has fought 35 times in the ring and won all his fights. Among them, he has finished 30 fights by knockout.
On April 12, Ennis defeated Lithuanian Eimantas Stanionis, thereby unifying the WBA and IBF belts. After that, the WBA imposed an obligation on him to fight Shahram G'iyosov within 120 days.
G'iyosov's last victory – finished in the 4th round
On April 13, G'iyosov stepped into the ring in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA. He fought against Argentine Franco Maximiliano Okampo and knocked out his opponent in the 4th round.
Through this victory, Shahram once again demonstrated that he is ready for a championship fight.
