The main focus is on ensuring that the parties fulfill the obligations specified in the court decision in a timely manner and on enhancing their legal culture in this regard. However, in some cases, due to the irresponsible approach of debtors to their obligations, the matter ultimately goes to mandatory enforcement actions.
In particular, the Chust district department of the Bureau also ensured the execution of documents related to entering the house.
It has been clarified that according to the decision of the Chust inter-district civil court dated January 6, 2025, the plaintiff M. S. was granted the right to use 2 rooms of the house in the Qoraqo‘rg‘on neighborhood citizens' assembly along with his 3 children.
However, since the debtor did not fulfill the obligation within the enforcement period, enforcement actions were carried out. After the mandatory enforcement actions conducted in cooperation with the state executor and relevant organizations, the bride was allowed to enter the house with her children.
Thus, the enforcement document was completed in practice.
