In our nation, there is a saying: “The seed is sweet from the fruit.” Grandparents love their grandchildren.
The affection between grandparents and grandchildren ensures the fulfillment of their mutual obligations. Otherwise, the enforcement of such obligations would require court intervention.
According to the enforcement order of the Pastdarg‘om district court dated July 8, 2024, based on the request of the plaintiff R.R., a meeting schedule has been established for the granddaughter, born on September 21, 2020, to meet with her mother R.U. on the first and third Sundays of each month from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
In accordance with this court decision, the state executor ensured that a meeting was organized for the plaintiff with her granddaughter in March of this year.
These meetings will be held on the designated days of each month, at the specified time and in an orderly manner, and this situation will be carried out in full compliance with the law.
